Home Depot cardholders have several convenient ways to pay their bill — online, by phone, by mail, in-store, or even as a guest without creating an account. Choose the method that works best for you, and always pay on time to keep your account in good standing.
If you have a promotional financing balance, confirm that your payment is enough to pay off the promotional amount before its expiration date to avoid deferred interest charges. Check your statement or sign in to your account to review any active promotional offers and their end dates.
Paying online is the fastest way to submit your payment and see it reflected on your account.

One-Time Guest Payment

You don’t need an online account to pay your bill. The one-time guest payment option lets you submit a payment directly from the homepage without signing in or registering. On the homedepot.com/mycard homepage, look for the Make a Payment (one-time payment) link and click it. You’ll be asked to enter your card number and some personal information to verify your identity, then you can submit your payment just as you would in a full account. This is a great option if you prefer not to create an online profile but still want the speed and convenience of paying electronically.

Pay by Phone

Mail payments can take 5–7 business days to process after they are received. Mail your payment well before your due date to avoid late fees and any impact to your account.

Pay In-Store

You can pay your Home Depot credit card bill in person at the customer service desk at any Home Depot location. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and debit card. Bring your billing statement or have your account number handy so the associate can locate your account quickly.

Setting Up Autopay

Autopay takes the guesswork out of remembering your due date. Once enrolled, your payment is automatically deducted from your bank account each month so you never miss a due date. To enroll, sign in to your account at homedepot.com/mycard and navigate to the Payments section, then follow the prompts to set up automatic payments. When configuring autopay:
  • Set it to at least the minimum payment amount to avoid late fees.
  • For the best financial outcome, set it to the full statement balance each month to avoid interest charges.
You can update or cancel your autopay enrollment at any time from your online account.
